There are two different attachments depending on the area you want to focus on. The pants treat the lower abdomen, buttocks, hips, thighs and entire lower leg. The jacket treats the upper abdomen, arms and back. The pants provide a lower body massage of the legs, thighs, abdomen, hips and buttock, and lumbar area thus accounting for trunk drainage, the adjustable jacket gives an upper body massage of the arms and shoulders and the back.
